If you have a question about the item, please ask before you purchase the item. We try to ensure that our customers are well informed about the product that they are about to purchase.
If your sign requires personalization
--Please provide us with your "PERSONALIZATION" information in "MESSAGE TO SELLER" when you make your PayPal payment.
--Personalization should consist of the person's first name, or last name, or nickname and if a different color is requested. We have all the basic colors to choose from such as black, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, grey, and pink.
--Information given will appear the way you provide it. Be sure it is correct.
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY EXCHANGES on items that
are an error on the buyers part such as wrong size or wrong color
purchased. The buyer MUST pay to ship the item back to us. Once
we receive the item, we will check it over to make sure that we have
received it in a new/unused condition. We will then make a custom
order for the buyer to purchase the shipping to have the new item
shipped back to them. Should the buyer decide that they don't want
it, they will be changed a restocking fee for item(s). A fee of 20%
will come out of the refund they receive.
In the event that you receive your item in a damaged condition
due to poor handling by the postal service, please contact us
immediately. We do require that a photo of the item and package
be sent to us so that we can verify the damage. We will then replace
your item free of charge. Your replacement item will be exactly what
you originally ordered. Request for size or color change will be
denied. We may ask that the item be returned to us at no cost
to you so that we can file a claim with the post office.
If an error is found to be our fault, please contact us immediately so
that we can get the problem fixed. We will pay to have the item
shipped back to us and pay to have the correct item shipped to you.

MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
